Dr. Frank Bailey is a board-certified specialist in Pulmonary & Respiratory Care with 17 years of clinical experience. He completed his medical training at University of Kentucky and completed fellowships at nationally recognized academic medical centers.

Dr. Frank specializes in evidence-based approaches to pulmonary & respiratory care, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in the field. He serves on the faculty of several postgraduate training programs and is a member of the relevant national specialty societies.
