Dr. Frank Price

Dr. Frank Price is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology with 21 years of comprehensive experience in dermatology, including skin cancer surgery, inflammatory skin disease, and procedural dermatology. He completed his medical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston — a renowned centre for both academic and clinical dermatology — and undertook a combined dermatology residency and procedural dermatology fellowship at Baylor, where he received advanced training in laser surgery, photodynamic therapy, and cutaneous aesthetics.

Dr. Price's surgical dermatology practice includes Mohs micrographic surgery for non-melanoma skin cancer, standard excision of melanoma and other cutaneous tumours, nail unit surgery, and complex wound reconstruction. He has a particular interest in the prevention and early detection of skin cancer, running a community skin cancer screening programme and advocating for sun protection education in schools and workplaces across the region.

His inflammatory dermatology expertise encompasses the management of psoriasis — from topical therapy to systemic and biologic treatments including interleukin inhibitors and JAK inhibitors — eczema including contact dermatitis diagnosis and patch testing, hidradenitis suppurativa, and alopecia areata. He maintains a chronic urticaria clinic and has experience with omalizumab and emerging novel therapies for treatment-refractory urticaria.

Dr. Price has authored publications in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology and JAMA Dermatology on topics including outcomes in Mohs surgery for lentigo maligna and biologic switching strategies in psoriasis. He serves on the American Academy of Dermatology's skin cancer prevention committee and has received the Baylor College of Medicine's Physician of Excellence Award. He is deeply committed to continuity of care and builds long-term relationships with patients managing chronic skin conditions over many years.
