Dr. Jonathan Moore

Dr. Jonathan Moore is a board-certified medical oncologist with 16 years of experience in the management of thoracic malignancies and genitourinary cancers. He earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed fellowship training at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center before joining a National Cancer Institute-designated cancer centre, where he subspecialised in lung, bladder, kidney, and prostate cancers.

Dr. Moore's clinical expertise spans both systemic and precision oncology for thoracic tumours, encompassing platinum-based chemotherapy, targeted therapy with EGFR, ALK, ROS1, and KRAS inhibitors, and immunotherapy regimens for advanced non-small cell and small cell lung cancer. He performs comprehensive molecular profiling on all newly diagnosed advanced lung cancer cases and participates in a tumour molecular board that interprets complex genomic findings and translates them into actionable treatment plans.

In genitourinary oncology, Dr. Moore manages metastatic renal cell carcinoma with VEGF-targeted agents and immunotherapy combinations, advanced bladder cancer with platinum-based regimens, checkpoint inhibitors, and antibody-drug conjugates, and castration-resistant prostate cancer with novel androgen receptor pathway inhibitors, PARP inhibitors, and lutetium-177 PSMA therapy. His research on biomarkers of immunotherapy resistance in lung cancer has been published in Nature Medicine and the Journal of Clinical Oncology.
