Labor and delivery at SilverOak Women's San Antonio is a warm, family-centered experience without compromise on clinical safety. Our 32-bed Labor and Delivery unit and eight dedicated operating rooms for cesarean birth are staffed around the clock by board-certified obstetricians and certified nurse-midwives. For high-risk pregnancies — including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, multiple gestation, fetal anomalies, and prior preterm birth — our maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) team provides weekly antepartum surveillance, detailed fetal anatomy ultrasound, and coordinated delivery planning that optimizes outcomes for both mother and newborn.

Gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, and menopause medicine represent three of the most clinically differentiated programs at SilverOak Women's San Antonio. Our gynecologic oncologists manage ovarian, cervical, uterine, and vulvar cancers through a multidisciplinary approach that includes robotic-assisted cytoreductive surgery, intraperitoneal chemotherapy, and clinical trial access. Our urogynecology program offers evaluation and surgical management for pelvic organ prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, and complex fistula, with a high rate of long-term symptomatic resolution.
