Diagnostic services include kidney biopsy under ultrasound guidance with rapid processing and specialist pathological reporting, providing histological diagnoses that guide targeted immunosuppressive or specific therapeutic interventions. Comprehensive management of the CKD-mineral bone disorder axis — including phosphate binders, vitamin D analogues, and calcimimetics — is provided alongside anaemia management and cardiovascular risk reduction to delay disease progression and reduce the burden of end-stage complications.

Renal replacement therapy services encompass in-centre haemodialysis, home haemodialysis, automated and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, and a fully integrated kidney transplant programme covering both living and deceased donor transplantation. Our transplant follow-up clinic monitors graft function, immunosuppression levels, and long-term complications including malignancy, cardiovascular disease, and infection on a regular structured basis. Pre-dialysis education enables patients approaching end-stage disease to make fully informed, unhurried decisions about their preferred renal replacement modality.
