Urgent neurological referrals are accommodated within 48 hours, and our stroke unit provides hyper-acute care around the clock with direct access to CT angiography and mechanical thrombectomy.

Our neurology service is supported by dedicated neurophysiology facilities including EEG, electromyography, nerve conduction studies, and video-EEG monitoring for epilepsy evaluation. Specialist nurses in epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease provide ongoing education, medication support, and care coordination between clinic appointments. The neurorehabilitation team — including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and clinical neuropsychology — works alongside neurologists to maximise functional recovery and quality of life for patients with chronic neurological disability.
