Initial fertility assessment includes comprehensive hormonal profiling, antral follicle count and ovarian reserve testing (AMH), hysterosalpingography or sonohysterography for uterine cavity and tubal assessment, diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy when indicated, and full semen analysis with functional testing. Investigation results guide treatment selection, ranging from ovulation induction for anovulatory disorders through intrauterine insemination to in vitro fertilisation with or without ICSI.
Our IVF programme employs individualised ovarian stimulation protocols optimised to each patient's ovarian reserve and prior response, time-lapse embryo monitoring in our state-of-the-art embryology laboratory, and endometrial receptivity assessment to optimise embryo transfer timing. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A for aneuploidy, PGT-M for monogenic disorders) is available to reduce miscarriage risk and select euploid embryos for transfer. Fertility preservation — egg freezing, embryo freezing, and ovarian tissue cryopreservation — is offered for medical and elective indications. Recurrent pregnancy loss investigations follow RCOG/ESHRE guidelines, with targeted treatment for identified causes including antiphospholipid syndrome, uterine anomalies, and chromosomal factors.
